I always return, no doubts. Friendly staff shared taxi number first stay. Place suits perfectly: Free Wi, Fi, Off, site car park, 24, hour reception. Happy with In, room breakfast. Cots provided. No pets, No smoking here. Can't wait for next trip! .

really enjoyed this hotel, had very comfortable experience. the food was healthy - a wide range of options. the facilities in the deluxe double room were simply wonderful, beds were good. the location was great for walking around a landscaped garden. besides, it was near to railway station.

clean rooms with lovely view of the valley - conveniently close to the in-house restaurant - friendly staff shared helpful local tips - proactive navigation guidance.

The rooms are spacious and well furnished. The hotel has a magnificent and exceptionally nice location in Udagamandalam. It is really close to the market, a hill, and Rose Garden.

We had a delightful and great experience at Royal Serene Villas. The room was quite comfortable and neat, and we especially enjoyed having a balcony. The hotel's location next to a slope and the railway station was convenient, and it was also near the Rose garden.
